THE REPAYMENTS.
Before returning any item, you should contact us by sending us an email, using the contact form, calling 695 32 71 81 or writing to: info @ virtual2web . with (Remove spaces) to record the return and authorise the return.
Virtual2web.com offers the possibility to return products within the first 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer and provided that the following conditions are met:
Return conditions for retail and business customers
- Returns will not be accepted for the following products, as set out in LAW 47/2002, of 19 December, amending Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the regulation of retail trade, to transpose Directive 97/7/EC into Spanish law in the field of distance contracts and to adapt the Law to various Community Directives.
- Products subject to fluctuations in financial market ratios that the seller cannot control.
- Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, specifically assembled to a specified design in a configuration, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may rapidly deteriorate or expire.
- This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the preceding Article shall not apply to the following contracts:- (a) Contracts for the supply of goods the price of which is subject to fluctuations in financial market factors over which the seller has no control.
- (b) Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- (c) Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and software which have been unsealed by the consumer and of computer files, supplied by electronic means, which can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
- (d) Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines
- To make a return you must contact us for authorization. Once authorised, you will be given the details for shipment.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not damaged during transport. Do not use seals or conveyor belts over the original product box. What. Otherwise Virtual2web.com the right to refuse return is reserved.
- Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days of the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
- Upon receipt of the goods and verification that they are in perfect condition, the refund of the amount shall be processed if so indicated.
- Transport costs incurred for the return shall be borne by the customer.
- The bonds via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 7 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 3-4 days.

Return conditions for distributors
Only material returns will be accepted unsealed and in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt.
Such returns will be treated as commercial returns, since there is no law regulating the right of return between undertakings and such returns are regulated under the terms of Virtual2web.com.
Products in blisters or thermo-sealed, and other products that have a broken factory safety seal, cannot be returned; for example, motherboards with unsealed cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.
These conditions shall not cancel the right to warranty or replacement of defective products as stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty. Virtual2web.com the right to refuse return is reserved if any anomaly is found in the returned product.
