Intelligent web interface

Detection of errors

The DGS-1100 range offers Loopback Detection and Cable Diagnostics to help network administrators find and resolve network problems quickly and easily.

Loopback Detection is used to detect loops created by a specific port and automatically close the affected port. The Cable Diagnostics feature is designed so that network administrators can quickly examine the quality of copper cables, recognize their type and detect errors in transmission.
