The client will have a deadline 45 days from the receipt of the order to resolve the contract and make the return of the purchased product. The customer will contact https://virtual2web.com/en/ within the stipulated time limit and by any means admitted to law, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order will be received by www.https://virtual2web.com/en/ and must be delivered along with the delivery albaran and in its case invoice issued by VIRTUAL2WEB IBERICA S.L.
Customer may return any item you have purchased on the website www.https://virtual2web.com/en/ as long as the products have not been used beyond the mere checking of the good functioning of the same, and retain their original packaging, plastics and accessories, in perfect condition, as i am delivered.
In these cases, VIRTUAL2WEB IBERICA S.L., will return the purchase money through a credit card or through a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. The portions of the return shall be borne by the buyer.
Important: No product will be accepted that has suffered a damage, however small, in the housing, screen, accessories, etc. We recommend not to remove protective plastics until you check the perfect operation of your article.
Nor will products to which the original software has been altered be accepted, or come with some pattern, key, icloud... that prevent it from being put back on sale as refurbished.
Pack the product in a closed and perfectly conditioned package, so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Do not use adhesive tapes or write directly about the original packaging or box of the product.
Virtual2web.com you will not admit shipments to due lots, except that the return is due to an error in shipping on our part. If a product other than the customer's request was delivered by mistake https://virtual2web.com/en/, this will be removed and the correct product will be delivered to you without any additional charge to the buyer.
APPLICABLE LAW
The purchases made in Viirtual2web.com are subject to the Spanish regulations and the rest of the agreed legislation, the purchases in VIRTUAL2WEB IBERICA S.L. CIF: ESB88404157 with registered office in C/ Nuestra Señora de Gracia 10, Local 3 - 29602 Marbella (Málaga) - SPAIN.
Conditions of returns for private customers and companies
- Returns to the following products shall not be accepted, as established by LEY 47/2002, of 19 December, on the reform of Law 7/1996 of 15 January, on the Management of Minority Trade, for the transposition to the Spanish legal system of Directive 97/7/CE, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various community directives.
- Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
- Products made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly customized, mounted specifically according to design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or deteriorated quickly.
- Article 45. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

- b) Contracts for the supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly customized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or deteriorated quickly.
- (c) Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, disks and software that would have been depreciated by the consumer, as well as computer files, provided by electronic means, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
- (d) Daily press supply contracts, periodicals and magazines
- To make a return you must contact us for your authorization. Once authorized, you will be informed of the data for the shipment.
- All goods must be returned to your original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Do not use self-adhesive conveyor belts on the original product box. Otherwise Virtual2web.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Returns must be delivered on duty within 7 days of the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
- Upon receipt of the goods and proof that is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if indicated.
- The transportation costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.
- Bank transfer due to returns will have a maximum period of 7 days for administrative proceedings, although we try not to delay more than 3-4 days.
Important: Any handling or repair performed by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty. Always go to an official brand SAT.
Return conditions for distributors
Returns of material will only be accepted without depreciating and in perfect condition, during the 7 days after your reception.
Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies and such processings are regulated according to the conditions of Virtual2web.com.
Products in blinster or sealed thermos, and other products that present a closed security factory, it will not be possible to be returned; for example, base plates with depreciant cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.
Such conditions do not nullify the right of guarantee or change of defective products as provided by the manufacturer. Virtual2web.com reserves the right to refuse return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
